Shipping & Returns Policy

We use Royal Mail delivery services for all deliveries.UK orders can choose from 1st or 2nd class and are charged by size and weight. International orders are charged by weight. We try to keep our delivery rates down as much as we can so you will never pay too much for small items such as felt goods.

We aim to process orders within 2-3 working days.

​

Our website includes current stock levels which are correct at the time you add the product to your basket.  Sometimes, due to different colours and patterns we will not be able to complete your order all from the same ones.  In this case we will contact you to advise on estimated lead times.​

DELIVERY RATES

UK 
delivery times typically 1-2 working days for 1st class, 2-3 working days for 2nd class.

– Free delivery for orders over £40

 1st Class – £5.99
2nd Class – £4.99

 

EU 
delivery time typically 7-10 days

– Tracked services are available. Pricing is by weight and can be calculated in the cart before checking out. 

Rest of the World 
delivery time typically 10-14 days

– Tracked services are available. Pricing is by weight and can be calculated in the cart before checking out. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming dispatch. UK orders typically take 1 – 2 days for 1st class and 2 – 3 days for 2nd class. EU orders typically take 7 – 10 days and orders to the rest of the world typically take 10 – 14 days to arrive. Please note there may be delays at peak times such as Christmas. We have no control over delays by Royal Mail.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We do not offer a tracked service for UK deliveries. However, as standard all deliveries now have delivery confirmation so it is possible to see when the delivery has been made.

International orders have tracked delivery options available. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel using that number.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

UK orders. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days from receiving the email confirming dispatch then please contact, info@raanitreasures.com.

EU orders. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days from receiving the email confirming dispatch then please contact, info@raanitreasures.com.

All orders from outside of the UK and EU. If you haven’t received your order within 34 days from receiving the email confirming dispatch then please contact, info@raanitreasures.com.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, based on the practices/policies of your own country's customs system. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.

REFUNDS

Thanks for purchasing our products at Raani Treasures operated by Raani Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days f your purchase.  The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

​

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

​

If  the product is damage din any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
